The Luxe Elite Package- a full spectrum beauty and grooming experience curated for the true elite. This indulgent package includes hairstyling with your choice of a premium wig installation, hair extensions, or barbering service; makeup application, your choice of a nail and/or pedicure service. Complete your transformation with a rejuvenating facial, lash extensions, and a one hour professional photo shoot featuring two outfit changes. Every detail is designed to deliver an unforgettable luxury experience worthy of your elite status.
Booking and Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of scheduling.

Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is paid.
Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours prior to the appointment.

Late cancellations, no-shows, or missed appointments will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Service Details and Preparation

Clients must clearly express the hairstyle, makeup look, and photoshoot concept they desire prior to the service date.

Last minute changes to the requested style or look are not permitted.

Please arrive with clean, product-free hair and skin, unless otherwise instructed.
During the Service

No extra guests or visitors are allowed during service appointments.

Clients must express any concerns, adjustments, or complaints DURING the service, allowing us to correct or refine the look before completion.

Once services are finalized and the client leaves the appointment, all work is considered accepted.
Time and Expectations

Please arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period may be allowed, but late arrivals may result in shortened services or cancellation.

Loqual Elites LLC reserves the right to adjust, decline, or cancel if a client's requests exceed the alloted appointment time or violate safety/professional standards.
Health, Safety, and Conduct

Clients must disclose any allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, or medical concerns PRIOR to the service.

Loqual Elites LLC is not responsible for reactions that occur due to undisclosed conditions.

Respectful conduct is required at all times. Any form of misconduct may lead to immediate termination of services with NO refund.
Payments and Policies

All balances must be paid in full before services begin.

No refunds are issued for completed services.

GLAM packages are non-transferable unless approved by management and must be used within one calendar year of purchase ( if applicable)
Photography and Branding

Loqual Elites may request permission to capture photos or videos for branding and promotional use. Client consent will always be requested prior to posting.
